How long does an order take?
Some orders need up to 72 hours to be ready before they are delivered. For custom designs, this starts once you approve your virtual design.
Will I see my design before it’s made?
Yes. For custom designs we send you a virtual design on WhatsApp to approve first.
Can I send my photo after ordering?
Yes. You can upload it on the product page, or send it to us on WhatsApp after you order.
How does the smART pouch work?
It unlocks with your fingerprint only. You can save up to 10 fingerprints, and one charge lasts about 800 to 1,000 unlocks. A charging cable and an emergency key are included.
Do you deliver everywhere in Lebanon?
Yes, we deliver all over Lebanon. Delivery on smART is free; for other pieces a delivery fee is added at checkout.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, Whish or card. Personalized pieces are made just for you, so they are paid in advance by Whish or card before we start making them.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged. If something isn’t right with your order, contact us and we’ll help.
