Delivery
We deliver all over Lebanon. Delivery on the smART pouch is free; for other pieces a delivery fee is added at checkout.
Making time
Personalized pieces are made to order. The making time for each piece is shown on its product page; for custom designs it starts once you approve your virtual design.
Payment
Cash on delivery, Whish or card. Personalized pieces are made just for you, so they are paid in advance by Whish or card before we start making them.
Returns
Personalized pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged. Please check your text and spelling carefully before ordering. If your piece arrives damaged or isn’t what you approved, contact us and we’ll make it right.
